These providers process data strictly on our behalf, under confidentiality agreements, and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

b. Public Content You Choose to Share

Posts, comments, and profile information you set as public are visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines. You control the visibility of your content through your privacy settings. Private accounts restrict this visibility to approved followers only.

c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 313 Muslim, our users, or the public.

d. Business Transfers

For users between 13 and 17 years of age, we encourage parental or guardian oversight. Certain features may be restricted for users under 18 in accordance with applicable law.

Active Account Data

Retained for the lifetime of your account.

You may edit or delete specific content at any time.

Deleted Content & Posts

Removed from public view immediately; purged from backups within 30 days.

Direct Messages

Retained while both sender and recipient accounts exist. Deleted when both parties delete the conversation.

Account Deletion

Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymised or deleted within 30 days.

Some aggregate, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Security & Audit Logs

Retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and security investigation.

Legal Hold

Data subject to legal proceedings or regulatory investigation may be retained beyond standard periods until the matter is resolved.
